How to create an account?
Go to Sign up on our website or click here and you will be taken to the registration page. Fill up the form with your Name, E-mail address and set a Password. Don’t forget to read and accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy! After that, click on Create My Account. A verification email is sent to you, to activate your account. How do I buy Crypto?
On the Home page click on the Buy Crypto button. The Buy option is selected by default. You will have to select the Payment method: Card, Fiat, or Deposit Crypto, and then enter the required details.
How do I add money to my account?
On the home page click on the Add Funds button. You will be presented with 3 options: Card, SEPA transfer and Deposit Crypto. Select your preferred method and then enter the required details.
How do I reset my Password?
Click here and you will be redirected to our Forgot Password page. You will have to enter your e-mail address and we will send you a verification code. Enter the verification code received and your new password.
Do I have to pay to create an account?
